Introducing the SPH426 Fume Extractor by Quatro Air

STANDALONE FILTERED EXHAUST

This is a self contained unit, that connects to the laser engraver via flexible heavy duty grounded hose that is provided. The inlet diameter can accommodate a 2″, 3″ or 4″ collar hose connection.

Discharge is recirculated back into the room via vents at the bottom of the system. However, there is an optional side collar adapter kit to allow venting to the exterior if required. The unit is very quiet, and takes up very little floor space (approx. 1.25 sq. ft.)At 30 inches high the unit is ideal to be tucked under a table. This can save precious floor space. If required, the entire system is easily relocated via industrial grade casters on the bottom of the exhaust unit. All the filter elements can be replaced without the need for tools in very short order. The inexpensive filters make this an economical solution for most end users.  

Installation – Easily Assembled, requires no tools

This unit is easily assembled, requires no tools, no need for a technician. The deep bed chemical filter allows for maximum VOC removal.  The chemical filter is lowered in from the top lid. The 99.97% HEPA filter guarantees the removal of particles as small as 0.3 microns in diameter.

“AUTOFLOW” is an automatic system pressure compensation system. After setting the minimum speed required to properly evacuate your equipment, the controls will automatically increase the motor speed to compensate for the increased pressure as a result of filters getting dirty or a system blockage until maximum speed is reached. After a filter change, system will automatically decrease the speed to the original set point.
