print room air filtration

Print room, photocopy room, graphic arts printing – toner dust, chemical fumes, odor air filtration

“Looking to get some type of filtration setup for a print room. We are running too Large format solvent printers and a UV Flatbed that are vented but at times the fumes can get overwhelming. The room is off of a shop area so we also get a lot of dust. Can you recommend what you think would work best for me? The room is 1800 Sq FT.”  Jeff

Assuming the ceiling height is between 8’ to 10’ high, a couple of the BreathEasy Pro series, BP-2001, would be good.

The BP-2001 BreathEasy Pro Air Filtration System comes with (filter sequence):

  • two (2) 2” pleated Pre-filters (for dust particles)
  • one (1) 12” HEPA filter (airborne particulates down to 0.3 microns)
  • one (1) 12” Activated Carbon Filter (chemical / solvent fumes, gas, odors)

Light odor control air filtration – Filter configuration

  • High dust and odor removal, filtration capabilities
